R&D Institute
NanoProTech’s R&D Institute is responsible for developing products that meet our customers’ needs by conducting feasibility testing and development of advanced technologies through the utilization of optical design and laser application technologies. In order to develop new products that satisfy our customers’ needs and to provide value, continuous efforts to analyze and adapt to new technologies is required.

Development Team 1
NanoProTech’s Development Team 1 is in charge of developing SW applications. Based on the visual and optical knowledge, the team develops various visual algorithms to provide solutions that our customers desire, and it requires knowledge in C++ programming language. It also requires the ability to handle various image processing libraries and the ability to implement customer requirements through SW.

Development Team 2
NanoProTech’s Development Team 2 is responsible for optical and mechanical designs of semiconductor and LCD inspection and automation equipment. It requires an expert level of understanding in optics and equipment manufacturing, with the ability to use design tools.

Production Team
NanoProTech’s Production Team handles manufacturing/assembling and controlling of semiconductor and LCD inspection/automation equipment. It requires a high level of competency in engineering drawings and electronic equipment control technology.

C/S Team
NanoProTech’s Production Team handles manufacturing/assembling and controlling of semiconductor and LCD inspection/automation equipment. It requires a high level of competency in engineering drawings and electronic equipment control technology.

Marketing Team
NanoProTech’s Marketing is conducting marketing along with domestic/international sales and sales team management. The goal of marketing is to predict the volatile market trends and proactively satisfy customer needs by analyzing the differentiation of our products and services and building a strong marketing strategy. The ability to analyze customers and markets, flexible and fluid communication skills, and meticulous and careful personalities are required.

Management Support Team
NanoProTech’s Management Support Team manages human and material resources and systematically supports the company's vision and goals. Basic roles and responsibilities include management planning, HR, general affairs, finance, accounting, procurement, and materials management. Self-development is encouraged to cultivate professional competence in business, and a keen understanding of any changes in the business management environment is a must in order to successfully get the job done. Above all, it is a department that requires communication competence; therefore, we require people who can work together as a team.
